Early Life
Tenma was born in the states as a Japanese-American and lived with his mother, father, and little brother; He has an older sister who taught him how to skate and fix them. She moved to Japan after graduating from college. He loved skating everywhere as if it was his playground. One day, he was skating around town and bumped into a gang, known as The Sharks that was in the middle of a drug deal in the alley. Tenma tried to sneak away from them without being seen, but a trash can lid fell over and seen him. They knew who he was and chased him down; Tenma skated as fast as he could away from them until one of the gang members ran in front of him and grabbed him. Luckily for him, the police came and arrested the gang members as Tenma breathed a sigh of relief as he skated back home. Three years later, in the middle of the night, Tenma, smelled something smoking , only to find out that the house was on fire. He ran to his mother and father's room, and the shock from what he seen was terrifying. His mother and father were burned alive, in the bed along with his little brother. The firefighters came in and rescued everybody from the burning house. When the ambulance came, they rushed them to the hospital, but Tenma didn't go. When the police came up to him and told him that they arrested the people that burned their house down he also told him that the same people in the gang that were arrested three years ago did this. The police brung him to the hospital to see his family only to find out that they have died. He broke down and cried for the rest of the night, resting his head on mother's stomach. After the funeral, two days later, Aoi, his older sister, came and took him to live with her in Sansai City.

Starting with A-T's
A few days later after settling In Sansai City, he was very bored because he couldn't blade anymore because his rollerblades were destroyed in the fire. As he walked around the city, he seen people with these rollerblades called Air Trecks. He was amazed at everyone riding them as if they could fly that he wanted to some as well. When he got home from walking around the city, Aoi gave him a pair of AT's knowing he would want some. She showed him how they worked and decided to go try them on the street. As soon as he put them on and tryed it out, he was instantly hooked on them and learned quickly since he loved skating alot. He pulled off tricks that he couldn't do on regular rollerblades and getting more air than he would ever have. One night, he snuck out and started skating around the city getting the feel of it and just then, he seen people on the roof, watching something and decided to see what was going on, only to find his sister watching as well. The world of AT's is very new to Tenma, and it's only going to get interesting down the road as he finds out more about it.

Personality: Tenma is calm, but will become serious if he's in a serious fight. He's a person that gets along with everybody even if they are arrogant. He doesn't like when people "give up" because he thinks that it means you just quit on everything that you worked on up to that point.

Likes: Skateboarding, AT's, Listening to Music riding, working on AT's, learning new things, being in the air and going fast

Dislikes: people who abuse AT's, snakes
